陈志，男，中国国籍。毕业于英国剑桥大学工程系设计、制造和管理高级硕士研究生课程。陈志在供应链管理以及市场营销上拥有丰富的经验，在施耐德电气法国公司曾任职。另外，陈志也拥有私人航空方面的工作经历。

Richard Zhi CHEN, Male, Chinese Nationality. He used to study The Advanced Course in Design, Manufacture, and Management in University of Cambridge, Engineering department. Richard has rich experience in Supply Chain Management, and Sales & Marketing. He was Project Leader in Schneider Electric France headquarter. In additional, he had the sales experience in Business Aviation industry.

朱征，勤奋、坦诚、团结、幽默、细致；曾任职于亮马河大厦有限公司、施耐德电气（中国）投资有限公司，在工程管理、低压配电系统、弱电系统富有经验。
Zhu Zheng, diligence, honesty, solidarity, humor, and meticulous; He worked in Beijing Landmark Tower Co., Ltd., and Schneider Electric (China) Investment Co.,Ltd.,experience and skill has been accumulated during many years electrical system，project management，Intelligent Building Management System work.

William Wang

Technical director

王卫群，男，中国国籍。毕业于中国北方交通大学电气化工程系。在配电高低压配电领域拥有28年的丰富经验，曾在国际知名电气公司任职多年；并赴法、美等国受训和技术交流。熟悉电气系统安装、运行、维护、评估、改造各项的技术细节，并拥有先进理念。同时在智能配电及工业自动化方面也造诣颇深。

William Wang, Male, Chinese Nationality. Graduated from North JiaoTong University in China, with specialty of electrical engineering, William is an expert in electrical distribution field with 29 years experience, and worked in famous international electrical company for many years; got trained in France & USA. Skillful in electrical installation; operation; maintenance; audit; optimization, with advanced concept. Also, he had deep study in EMS system & industrial automation field.

Mr. Shangyou Zhang

张尚友，男，中国国籍。在高低压配电领域拥有16年的丰富经验，曾在北京多家企业任职多年，熟悉电气系统设计、生产、安装、调试、运行、维护、改造各项的技术细节，同时在智能配电及工业自动化方面也经验丰富。

Mr. ZHANG Shangyou, male, Chinese nationality. Mr. ZHANG has more than 16 years rich experience in electrical distribution field. He is familiar with details and execution on electrical design, installation, commission, maintenance, operation, and upgrade. Also, he is experienced in EMS system & industrial automation field.

Mr. Vincent Sun

孙文博，男，中国国籍，毕业于北京师范大学，中文系。历任台湾电子时报、中国电子报、世界电子元器件、电子元器件资讯编辑记者、主编及出版人职务。北京集成电路产业孵化器硅普京南MPW项目发起人。15年致力于半导体集成电路产业的发展与推广工作，熟悉电子工程领域的开发、应用和最新技术走向，熟悉电子元器件在智能楼宇、安防、仓储等领域的应用方案。同时对底层软件和应用软件解决方案也有建树。

Mr.Vincent Sun, male, Chinese nationality. Mr. SUN graduated from department of Chinese language and literature, Beijing Normal University. He used to work at ITHow Why, Chinese Electronics News,Global Electronics China, Electronics Component News as editor , Chief editor and publisher. He is the originator of MPW （Multi Project Wafer）project, Beijing IC industry incubator. He focused on the development and promotion of Semi- conductor and IC industry over 15 years. He is very familiar with electronics research& development, application and latest market trends. He also have rich experiences in electronic components in smart buildings, security, storage and other areas of applications and know underlying software and application software solutions very well.
